What does BrandRave Marketing do?

BrandRave is a brand studio built around strategy, curated merchandise, and intentional brand experiences. We help businesses create consistency across every touchpoint, from brand direction to physical products.

No. Strategy comes first, always. Promotional products are one of the tools we use, but every project starts with understanding what you’re trying to build and how it should show up.

Process
How do I get started?

Submit a project request and we’ll follow up within one business day to learn more about your goals and next steps.

Orders are processed on a prepay basis. Once payment is received, we move into production and keep everything running smoothly.

Merch & Sourcing
What kinds of products can you source?

We have access to over a million brandable items, along with direct supplier relationships for custom and specialty sourcing. If you have something specific in mind, we’ll find it or create it.

Yes. We specialize in custom sourcing and curated kits. If you have a concept, we’ll help bring it to life with the right products, packaging, and overall experience.

Yes. Corporate gifting is one of our specialties. We help you select, design, package, and fulfill thoughtful gift experiences for clients, teams, and events.

Yes. We work with clients across the U.S. and coordinate fulfillment nationwide, whether it’s bulk shipping or individual drop shipments.

Creative & Artwork
Do you offer design services?

Yes. BrandRave Studio supports creative direction, logo design, web design, vectorization, and overall brand design. We can work with your existing assets or build something new from the ground up.

You can use the “Submit Artwork” link in the navigation. Accepted file formats include AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum). If you're unsure about your file, feel free to reach out before submitting.

No problem. We can help clean up, vectorize, or recreate your artwork if needed. We’ll review everything upfront and let you know what’s required before moving forward.

Most projects include up to two rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels right. If additional edits or more complex design work is needed, we’ll always communicate that upfront.

Production & Timing
Will I see a proof before anything goes into production?

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for approval before production begins. Nothing moves forward until you’ve signed off.

Most orders move into production within 10 to 15 business days after payment and proof approval. If you're working with a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll walk you through available options.

Minimums vary depending on the product. Many items start as low as 24 pieces. We’ll always be upfront about minimums when presenting options.

Do you only work on merchandise projects?

No. While merchandise is one of our core offerings, we also support brand strategy, campaign direction, and overall brand alignment across digital and physical touchpoints.

Yes. Through BrandRave Studio, we support brand development, campaign direction, and creative strategy to ensure everything you put into the world feels aligned and intentional.

We don’t approach projects as one-off orders. Everything is guided by strategy, whether it’s a product, a campaign, or a full brand experience. That’s what allows us to create work that feels cohesive and considered.
